Since the COVID-19 pandemic began we have all experienced many changes in the way we attend to daily life. We’re working to stay connected while social distancing and helping our community where and when we’re able.
ACE is committed to providing safe, reliable energy services as an essential service provider for our members and consumers.
As a result of COVID-19 restrictions, we’ve had to cancel some events and as a result we’re able to reallocate funds ($1,500) to assist some of our members who are experiencing hardship during this time.
In keeping with our co-operative principles, we have fifteen $100 prepaid grocery gift cards for distribution to the first fifteen Alberta Co-operative Energy members names we receive.
Please send a confidential email to us at info@ACEnergy.ca stating the family name and address of the Alberta Co-operative Energy member who is in need and we will send one $100 gift card to each of the first fifteen names we receive.
As we’ve previously posted, we are offering our members and consumers affected by COVID-19 access to payment options such as: the payment deferral plan, increased payment flexibility including installment plans, extending payment dates, and/or suspension of collection related activities on their energy service accounts.
